Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dusty Adamek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valery Strasser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valery Strasser will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strasser moves in looking to clinch but Adamek pushes him off.
Strasser misses with a head kick.
Adamek throws a right hand that Strasser ducks under and follows up with a left that Strasser also avoids with ease.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Adamek seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Strasser for as long as he can get away with.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Dusty Adamek.
Strasser is looking to clinch but Adamek is avoiding it.

Adamek closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Strasser quickly recovers to half guard.

Strasser really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Adamek. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Adamek has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Adamek is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Strasser looks calm but he's in trouble here. Adamek gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Strasser is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Adamek lets go of the hold and Strasser can pop his arm back in it's socket.
