The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodriguez moves in looking to clinch but Westwood pushes him off.
Rodriguez tries to close the distance and clinch but Westwood swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Rodriguez wants to stand but Westwood is controlling the position.

Rodriguez lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.
