Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sven Svensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Copeland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Copeland is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Metalingus by Alter Bridge. Adam Copeland told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Svensen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Copeland throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Svensen.
Svensen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Svensen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Copeland moves away.
Copeland swinging wildly here.
A head kick misses from Svensen.
Svensen scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Svensen is looking for a kimura but Copeland is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Svensen to get the leverage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Svensen moves nicely into side control.
Copeland is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Svensen is controlling him well.

Svensen is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Copeland's shoulder. That is not cool.
Copeland pushes Svensen away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Svensen gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Svensen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Copeland keeps working.
Svensen is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Copeland looks calm but he's in trouble here. Svensen gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Copeland is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Svensen lets go of the hold and Copeland can pop his arm back in it's socket.
