Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beast Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rage comes to the cage accompanied by I'm a Beast. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Beast Rage!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
21 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Duke Torres!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rage takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Rage pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Torres avoids a kick to the body.
A slow jab from Torres misses its intended target.
Beast Rage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Rage misses its intended target.
Torres tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Rage misses with a straight left.
Rage uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
A punch combination from Rage misses.
Torres shoots and misses
and Rage counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A cross from Rage lands.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Torres has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Rage regains guard immediately.
That's one minute gone in the round.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Rage has momentary wrist control but Torres slips an elbow through the middle.
Rage preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Torres distracts Rage with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Torres stopping the sweep attempt from Rage.
Rage has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Torres can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Rage utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Torres chips away with some ground and pound.
Rage is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Rage looking to stall.

Torres pushes Rage back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Rage misses with a punch on the inside.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Rage tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Torres's elbow.
Torres lands with a light punch inside.
Torres blocks a body shot from Rage.
Rage tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Torres lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Rage.
Rage misses with a body punch.
Rage stops a takedown attempt from Torres.
Torres misses with some punches.
Torres is looking for a takedown.
Beast Rage has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Duke Torres.
Nice body punch from Torres - that landed with a thud.
Rage is trying to maintain a safe position but Torres gets an underhook and turns Rage into the cage.
Torres is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Torres lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rage backwards.
Rage is rocked!
Torres lands a left hand that snaps the head of Rage backwards.
Oh Rage is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Torres dips a shoulder and cracks Rage with a mighty uppercut! Rage falls back against the cage and Torres unloads with a barrage of strikes! Rage is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Torres screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Duke Torres!
After the fight, Duke Torres was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
