Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladdy Kozlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Faria Lima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kozlov comes to the cage accompanied by Era - Ameno. Faria Lima is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lima looks for a takedown but Kozlov sprawls well.
Lima drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Lima thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Kozlov is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Lima's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Lima looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Lima is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kozlov is just riding it out for now. Lima eventually gives up the hold.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lima postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kozlov is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lima, into his guard.

Kozlov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lima swivels though and keeps the full guard.
