Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Damien Satan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mat Matmat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Satan comes to the cage accompanied by Bullet For My Valentine - Hit The Floor. Matmat has chosen pass tha axe as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Satan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Matmat has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Satan.
Matmat moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Satan drives through with a takedown into guard.
Satan trying to control the position from guard on top but Matmat is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Satan advances to half guard.
Satan missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Matmat is trying is best to control the position here.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Satan uses his free foot to push down on Matmat's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Matmat.

Matmat wants to lay and pray for a moment but Satan keeps working.
Satan is looking for a sweep.

Matmat misses with a low kick as Satan jumps back.

Matmat is trying to maintain the position but Satan is very close to passing his half guard.

Satan is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Matmat doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Satan.
Satan is stalling here. Matmat is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Satan seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Matmat has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Matmat is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Satan off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Matmat lands a big uppercut and Satan crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Satan looks OK. Matmat waves Satan back to his feet!

Satan throws a nice outside leg kick.

Matmat clobbers Satan with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Damien Satan's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Matmat throws a looping overhand right but Satan ducks down to avoid it.

and Matmat cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Mat Matmat comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
