Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Timothy Mcgee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janek Grzmot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcgee kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is McGee. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Timothy Mcgee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Janek Grzmot! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcgee blocks a head kick by Grzmot.
Mcgee gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Grzmot. A momentary lapse in concentration from Grzmot enables Mcgee to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Grzmot manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Mcgee throws a big elbow that misses. Mcgee trying to control but Grzmot is working from the bottom. Grzmot working for a triangle but Mcgee defends it easily.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Mcgee with a flurry of punches that miss. Mcgee controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Grzmot looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Grzmot keeping moving, preventing Mcgee from controlling successfully. Mcgee postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcgee trying to control the position from guard on top but Grzmot is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Timothy Mcgee. Mcgee shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Grzmot manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Mcgee trying to control the position from guard on top but Grzmot is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. That's two minutes gone in the round. Grzmot wants to control but Mcgee is keeping him busy. The referee asks Grzmot politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Grzmot prefers to stall for the moment though. Grzmot laying and praying for a moment but Mcgee takes advantage and regains half guard. Mcgee has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Grzmot wants to take a breather but Mcgee is having none of it. Grzmot throws a strike but Mcgee avoids it easily and moves to full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Grzmot pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mcgee is keeping the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grzmot stops Mcgee from standing up. Grzmot slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Grzmot tries to advance to mount but can't. Mcgee is trying to control Grzmot's posture but Grzmot avoids it. Grzmot is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Mcgee has escaped the position, nice work there. Grzmot working the ground and pound but Mcgee is defending the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Grzmot content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Mcgee is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Grzmot asserts his dominance and retains side control. Mcgee is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Grzmot takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Grzmot trying to control from Mcgee's half guard. Mcgee has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Grzmot wants to control from the top but Mcgee keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Janek Grzmot will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Mcgee is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Grzmot's half guard. Grzmot moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Grzmot looking for a guillotine here but Mcgee defends easily.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Timothy Mcgee just wasn't active enough. Mcgee shoots in and gets a takedown into Grzmot's guard. Mcgee trying to control the position from guard on top but Grzmot is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mcgee looking to sit in guard and control but Grzmot gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Mcgee looking for a guillotine here but Grzmot defends easily.

Grzmot is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Mcgee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Grzmot gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Grzmot trying to control the position from guard on top but Mcgee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Grzmot's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Mcgee avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Mcgee has his feet on Grzmot's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Grzmot. Grzmot gets caught flat footed, as Mcgee shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Mcgee drops back, looking for a kneebar! Grzmot looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Grzmot looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Grzmot! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Grzmot throws an elbow but Mcgee slips to the side and avoids it well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Timothy Mcgee will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
A slow jab from Grzmot misses its intended target. Mcgee takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Mcgee slaps away a takedown attempt from Grzmot, before circling back to the center of the mat. Grzmot missing with a left hand there. Mcgee was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Mcgee looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Grzmot looking for a sweep. Not yet Grzmot, not yet. Mcgee has gone for a leg lock! Grzmot slips out almost immediately though and dives into Mcgee's guard. Mcgee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Grzmot pushes down on Mcgee's leg and manages to get into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grzmot is looking to stall here but Mcgee recovers full guard. Grzmot looking to sit in guard and control but Mcgee gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Grzmot looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Mcgee trying to control but Grzmot is working from the bottom. Grzmot is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Grzmot keeping moving, preventing Mcgee from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mcgee won't allow Grzmot to sweep him here. Grzmot had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mcgee defends it easily. Mcgee avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Grzmot takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Mcgee postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Mcgee is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Mcgee drops back looking for a leg! Grzmot is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Grzmot manages to kick Mcgee off! Mcgee jumps back into Grzmot's guard. Grzmot looking to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcgee stands up from Grzmot's guard - Mcgee perhaps looking for a knockout. Nice shot lands for Grzmot. Mcgee shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Mcgee wants to control but Grzmot is keeping him busy. Mcgee missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Grzmot tries to roll over but Mcgee keeps him under control. Mcgee looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ground and pound from Mcgee. Mcgee is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Mcgee is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Grzmot doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Mcgee. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Grzmot preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
