Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Duddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nalle Karhu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karhu has chosen Phil Collins - Against All Odds as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Aleksandr Martynov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duddy misses with a hook. Karhu ducked under it nicely.
Karhu uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Duddy.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Nalle Karhu dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.

Nice uppercut lands for Duddy. That snapped Karhu's head back.

Karhu dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Duddy. That did some damage!

Karhu bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Duddy's head backwards.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Nalle Karhu hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nalle Karhu seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Karhu turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Karhu manages to end up in side control.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to John Duddy.
Well Karhu has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
