Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zack Deane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Loren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Loren has chosen CFW as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deane fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A combination from Loren does no damage.
Loren thows a body shot but no joy.

Deane manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Loren on his heels. He'll look to pass Loren's guard now, I'm sure.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Deane postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Loren is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Deane, into his guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Loren is looking to stand up but Deane won't let him.
