The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grim throws a push kick but Pierre slaps the foot to one side.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!

Grim closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Grim stops Pierre from getting back to his feet.

Grim decides to stand and escape the position.
Grim throws a nice looking combination but Pierre bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Steve Grim.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Grim, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
