The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynix lands a really nice looking cross but Davison seems unphased.
Lynix darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Davison shoots in for a double leg but Lynix sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Lynix might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Davison shoots in for a takedown but Lynix shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Davison is rocked!
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Davison. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lynix cracks Davison with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Davison tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Lynix pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Davison is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
