Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hyun Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Krigare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kim comes into the arena with To the Top blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Krigare's choice of entrance music: Achtung Pantzer by Raubtier. Daniel Krigare is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Krigare!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kim gets a clinch.
Krigare blocks a body shot from Kim.
Krigare working aggressively here.
Kim misses with a body punch.
Krigare is trying to maintain a safe position but Kim gets an underhook and turns Krigare into the cage.
Krigare on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Krigare breaks from the clinch.
Horrible takedown by Kim or perhaps it was just good defense by Krigare which made him look bad.
Krigare fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Kim uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Krigare.
Kim throws out a leg kick but Krigare moves out of range and Kim only half commits.
Kim is looking to clinch.
Kim slips a jab and a cross from Krigare.
Kim tries a head kick but it misses.
Krigare misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Krigare misses with a looping left.
Krigare throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Krigare gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Kim avoids the body shot from Krigare.
Krigare digs a good hook to Kim's body.

and Krigare counters with a right hand to the body.
Krigare dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kim. That did some damage!

Kim scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Krigare stuns Kim with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Kim shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Krigare eats them both and turns towards Kim to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Krigare looks to score with a jab to the body but Kim is just out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kim throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Daniel Krigare seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Krigare wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Kim ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Krigare is looking to slow Kim down with leg kicks.
Kim keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Krigare throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Krigare misses with a body punch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Krigare misses with a series of wild punches.
Kim tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Krigare cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Krigare punishes Kim's body with a nice straight punch.
Krigare avoids a punch combination nicely.

Krigare throws a shot from downtown. Kim moves away and avoids it.
Krigare misses with a body shot.
Krigare misses with a wild body shot.
Kim tries a head kick but it misses.
Krigare throws a body punch but Kim moves out of range.

Krigare throws an off balance right hand
and Kim makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Kim shoots in and bounces Krigare off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Krigare is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Krigare is looking for a triangle but Kim pushes his legs off easily.

Kim seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Krigare has Kim pulled in close to control his posture.

Krigare wants to sweep here but Kim controlling him for the moment.

We're going to have a standup here because Hyun Kim wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Krigare throws a body punch but Kim moves out of range.
Kim blocks a jab.
Kim swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Krigare swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kim throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Krigare cracks Kim with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Krigare stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kim.
Krigare connects with a crisp jab.
Krigare digs a good body shot into Kim's ribs.
Krigare misses with an uppercut
and Kim counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Kim bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Krigare throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

A chopping leg kick lands by Kim.
A clash of legs there as Krigare blocks the low kick.
Kim tries to clinch but Krigare moves out of range.
Kim uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Krigare.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kim slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Krigare lands with an overhand left.
Krigare chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Kim has closed the distance and engaged Krigare in a clinch.
Krigare with an attempt at a knee that misses.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Krigare is trying to break free.

Kim tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Krigare's elbow.
Krigare is looking to break free of the clinch but Kim has double underhooks.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Krigare throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kim swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Krigare checks the leg kick nicely there.
Krigare misses with an uppercut.
Hyun Kim is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Kim tries to clinch up.
Kim misses with a low kick.
Krigare misses with an uppercut.
Kim fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Krigare bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kim's head.
Kim uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Krigare.
Kim throws a head kick that Krigare semi-blocks.
Krigare lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Kim throws a chopping leg kick but Krigare manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

No joy there for Kim, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kim tries to score a power double leg takedown but Krigare sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kim somewhat.
Some wild striking there from Krigare.
Kim pivots, looking for a leg kick but Krigare is out of range and Kim settles back down.
Krigare buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Krigare scores with a jab to the head.
Good leg kick by Krigare there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Kim walks into a left hand.

Kim takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Kim shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hyun Kim. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Some wild striking there from Kim.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Kim thows a body shot but no joy.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Danga de danga de dang - Krigare scores with a four punch combination!
A head kick misses from Kim.
Kim looks to land a left hand but Krigare moved out of range nicely.
Krigare throws a sloppy head kick and Kim moves out of range easily.
A head kick from Krigare lands but Kim takes it in his stride.
Kim lands a high kick!
Kim walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Krigare checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Krigare throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Kim throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Krigare.
Kim moves out of range as Krigare strikes.
Kim throws a series of punches but Krigare moves out of range.
Krigare misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kim.
A swing and a miss from Krigare.
Kim pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Krigare lands a right hook to the body.
Krigare bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.


Kim is rocked!
Look low, kick high! Krigare uses the oldest trick in the book to send Kim tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Krigare is absolutely delighted - when Kim wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
