Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lance Domingo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barry Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Domingo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Smoke Serpent "Jui-Jitsu". Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders throws a nice looking combination but Domingo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Domingo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sanders moves away.
Sanders moves out of range as Domingo throws a body kick.
Domingo tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Sanders is able to avoid easily.
Domingo is looking to chop away at Sanders's legs.
Domingo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Domingo fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Sanders to the ground. Domingo is now in Sanders's guard.
Sanders is pulling down on Domingo's head. It's preventing any offense from Domingo, at least for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sanders is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Domingo is controlling him.
Sanders really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Domingo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Domingo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sanders pushes Domingo off and scrambles back to his feet.
Domingo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sanders is fending him off so far but Domingo persists. Nope, Sanders circles away and we're back to standing.
Domingo shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Domingo is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Domingo is working for a submission of some sort.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sanders is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Domingo is nestled in close to Sanders, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Domingo is really struggling to control Sanders but he's trying to hold on to the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sanders can do anything to dispel that myth.

Sanders pushes Domingo off but Domingo dives into side control.

Domingo has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Sanders's face.
The referee warns Sanders that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
