Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fowwest Gump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Psa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gump fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Psa sprawls well initially but Gump persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Gump is thwarting Psa's attempts to control the position.

Gump seems to be looking for submissions.
Psa keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Psa avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Gump.
Psa is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Gump with the ground and pound but Psa uses the opportunity to regain guard.

Psa manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gump manages to get himself to full guard.
Gump is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Gump uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Psa has time to react.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Psa is on top in guard.

Gump throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Psa escapes and throws Gump's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Psa tries to stand but Gump is controlling his head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gump is trying to control Psa's posture but Psa avoids it.

Psa decides to stand up, so the ref orders Gump to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Gump counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Psa tries to clinch but fails miserably

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Psa can do anything to dispel that myth.

Gump throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Psa because Gump loaded up on that one.

Gump swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
