Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuri CoxX (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Misha Padalecki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Padalecki is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Money For Nothing. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from CoxX.
CoxX closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Misha Padalecki has been cut.
CoxX uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Padalecki has time to react.
Padalecki forces CoxX back against the cage and clinches.
CoxX with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
CoxX tries to pull guard but Padalecki forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Padalecki breaks the clinch.
Padalecki throws a predictable looking body shot
and CoxX connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Padalecki fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
CoxX clinches with his opponent.
Padalecki prevents CoxX from breaking the clinch.
CoxX tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Padalecki's elbow.
Padalecki lands a nice shot to the body.
A head punch blocked on the inside by CoxX.
CoxX tries to throw a body punch but Padalecki avoids it by throwing CoxX back against the cage.
Padalecki on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
CoxX gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Padalecki wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Padalecki tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Padalecki is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
CoxX tries to free his leg and advance position but Padalecki is retaining full guard.
CoxX thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Padalecki is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

CoxX pushes down on Padalecki's leg and manages to get into half guard.

CoxX is thwarting Padalecki's attempts to control the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Padalecki can do anything to dispel that myth.
CoxX drops an elbow to the side of Padalecki's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
CoxX trying to control the action but Padalecki is working from the bottom.
CoxX is working for a submission of some sort.

CoxX uses his free foot to push down on Padalecki's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Padalecki.
Padalecki is in all sorts of trouble here.

CoxX lands a nice shot to the head.
Padalecki tries to hold on but CoxX pushes him away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
