Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jacek Hetman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Peezy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peezy has chosen 300 violin orchestra as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of London, Jacek Hetman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Peezy! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peezy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hetman moves away. Peezy clinches up with Hetman and pushes him back against the cage. A battle for position here, against the cage. Hetman avoids the elbow strike from Peezy, against the cage.
Peezy looks to throw an elbow but misses. Hetman blocks an elbow strike. Peezy letting Hetman take a breather here. Hetman gets a warning from the ref for wasting time. With the fighters up against the cage, Peezy throws an elbow but misses. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Peezy lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Peezy gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Hetman.
Hetman jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Peezy walks away with a smile on his face. Hetman gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Peezy throws a shot to the body.

Peezy throws a right and a left that both miss. Peezy motions for Hetman to come forward. Peezy throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Hetman thows a body shot but no joy. Hetman ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Peezy moves away. Joe Peezy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Peezy throws out a leg kick but Hetman moves out of range and Peezy only half commits. Peezy lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hetman at a distance.
Peezy has managed to clinch.
Hetman fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Peezy tries a knee to the head but Hetman blocks it.
Hetman tries for a takedown but Peezy manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jacek Hetman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hetman misses with a hook to the ribs.

It looks like Jacek Hetman has been cut. Hetman swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Hetman drops down looking for an ankle pick but Peezy pulls his leg out and moves away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Peezy forces Hetman back against the cage and clinches. Peezy lands a damaging elbow. Hetman looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Peezy tries to stall but Hetman uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Hetman tries to throw a body punch but Peezy avoids it by throwing Hetman back against the cage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hetman wants to get back to striking at distance but Peezy won't allow it.
Hetman lands a nice shot to the body. A nice glancing elbow lands by Peezy. Peezy blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Peezy using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Peezy tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Hetman avoids it. Peezy gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Peezy tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Hetman tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Peezy blocks a body shot from Hetman. Peezy misses with an elbow strike.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Hetman works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Peezy not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hetman drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Hetman as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Peezy screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Hetman! Nice submission victory there!
