The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lock gets caught napping as Bristol dives in and scores a takedown. Lock manages to retain guard.
Bristol passes Lock's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Still in half guard, Bristol seems content to control.
Bristol is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lock is just riding it out for now. Bristol eventually gives up the hold.
Bristol is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lock sees it coming and defends easily.
Lock has hold of Bristol's hands but Bristol slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bristol trying to mount his opponent but Lock defends it.
Bristol thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Bristol is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lock defends it well.

Bristol in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Lock tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Bristol!
