The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montana just misses with a punch to the body.
Montana lands with an uppercut that bounces Morgan off the cage and back into range.
Morgan scores with a head kick. Montana tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Morgan throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Montana throws a hook but Morgan blocks it.
Morgan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Montana cracks Morgan with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A slapping leg kick lands for Morgan.
Morgan fails in his attempt to clinch.
Montana misses with a jab, cross combination.
Morgan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Montana fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Morgan moves in looking to clinch but Montana pushes him off.
Montana's jab looks to have found its range, popping Morgan under the eye.
Morgan is rocked!
It looks like Trent Morgan has been cut.
Montana catches Morgan with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Morgan forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Joe Montana!
