The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Melartin looks to throw the jab but Orlan is out of range.
Orlan throws a head kick that misses.
Melartin throws a shot to the body.
Orlan defending well as Melartin loads up on a big left hand.
Melartin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Orlan is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Melartin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Melartin blocks a head kick by Orlan.
Orlan throws out a leg kick but Melartin moves out of range and Orlan only half commits.
Melartin is looking to score with low kicks.
Melartin throws a poor cross that misses
and Orlan counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Melartin misses with a looping left.
Orlan throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Melartin lands a nice hook to Orlan's body. Orlan takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Melartin feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Orlans jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Melartin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Melartin tests Orlan's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Melartin lands with a nice body punch.
Orlan blocks a jab.
Melartin pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Orlan gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Melartin misses the jab.
Melartin throws a right hand that Orlan ducks under and follows up with a left that Orlan also avoids with ease.
Sloppy strikes from Melartin. Those never looked like landing.
Orlan throws a leg kick that misses.
Good leg kick by Orlan there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Orlan blocks a jab.
Melartin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Orlan avoids the body shot from Melartin.
The fighters circling - Melartin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Melartin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Orlan makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Melartin misses with a lunging right hand
and Orlan counters with a body kick that stops Melartin in his tracks momentarily.
Melartin fails to land with a series of punches.
Orlan looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Orlan staying out of range there.
A left and a right from Melartin both land. Nice combination.
A bone on bone clash there as Melartin blocks the leg kick.
Orlan avoids a punch combination nicely.

Orlan moves away from the strike by Melartin.
Melartin lands a nice hook to Orlan's body. Orlan takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A looping hook to the body misses from Melartin. Orlan does a little dance to reset his feet.
Orlan connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Orlan throws a leg kick but Melartin moved away.
Melartin scores with a hook.
A left and a right from Melartin both land. Nice combination.
Orlan is rocked!
Orlan takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Oh Orlan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Orlan throws a leg kick but Melartin checks it.
Melartin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Orlan circles away quickly and effectively.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Melartin scores with a punch to the head.
Melartin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Melartin stuns Orlan with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Melartin!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rafael Melartin dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Timur Orlan's cut.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Melartin dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Melartin bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Left hook, right uppercut from Melartin.
Melartin throws an overhand right that lands on Orlan's shoulder, as Orlan tries to avoid the shot.
Melartin dips to his left and cracks Orlan with an uppercut!
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Melartin. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Melartin, as that shot connected.
Melartin throws a looping overhand right but Orlan ducks down to avoid it.
Melartin just misses with a punch to the body.
Melartin gets in close and tags Orlan with a short punch that almost sends Orlan to the mat! Oh Orlan is in big trouble! He turns his back on Melartin, trying to create some distance but Melartin rushes him, striking wildly and Orlan goes down! The referee tackles Melartin into the cage to end the fight! Melartin is one violent man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rafael Melartin!
Rafael Melartin really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that [GTI] Divine Clothing logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
