Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Soutsteel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steve Soutsteel will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kevin Kane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Steve Soutsteel!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane sizes up Soutsteel with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Soutsteel throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kane's waist but Kane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Soutsteel off to one side.
Kane tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kane lands a nice hook to Soutsteel's body. Soutsteel takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Soutsteel closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kane to the mat! Kane manages to get full guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Kane working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Soutsteel doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Soutsteel manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kane has his foot on Soutsteel's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Soutsteel works his way back into a safe position though.
Kane keeping moving, preventing Soutsteel from controlling successfully.
Kane looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Soutsteel postures up.
Soutsteel is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Kane has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Soutsteel is looking to defend but Kane has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Soutsteel! Kane pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Soutsteel taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Kevin Kane!
