Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Turol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mack Ton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turol kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Fort Minor - Remember the name. Mack Ton has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mike Turol's chin.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ton is looking to clinch.
Ton keeps the fight on the outside.
Mack Ton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ton. Turol does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Turol counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Turol.
Turol is working for takedown but Ton is calmly controlling the position for now.

Turol has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Ton clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Ton is in a bad position with Turol working for a choke. Ton manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mike Turol overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Ton seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Turol does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Ton might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Turol kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mike Turol.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Turol, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
