Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Fenili (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Newman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Newman is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Taki maly taki duzy. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Damian Newman enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newman misses the shot to the body.
Newman on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Fenili changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Newman tries to avoid it but Fenili manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Newman to the ground. Newman escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Newman throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Fenili tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Newman is in Fenili's guard.

Fenili has his foot on Newman's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Newman works his way back into a safe position though.

Newman drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Fenili manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Newman has Fenili in his guard.

Newman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fenili gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Fenili is posturing up here but Newman has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Fenili tries to roll out but it's too tight and Fenili has to tap! Slick submission there by Newman!
