Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Bruno Lombardi and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryder drives through and clinches with Winston against the cage.
Winston has Ryder pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Winston pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Ryder tumbling to the mat - Winston dives into Ryder's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Winston is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Winston passes Ryder's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Ryder is not content to let Winston control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Winston throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Ryder pushes Winston off looking to stand but Winston dives back in and keeps control.
Ryder wants to improve his position but Winston is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Winston tries to pass the half guard into mount. Ryder knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Winston wants to control but Ryder is keeping him busy.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ryder can do anything to dispel that myth.

Ryder is in all sorts of trouble here.
Winston tries to control but Ryder wriggling away.
Winston is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Ryder can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Ryder takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Winston breaks from Ryder's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Winston lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Ryder hang on?
