And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Russell Pearce and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Onki has his takedown stuffed
and Onki takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Onki misses with a takedown
letting Thomas counter with a right hand.
Onki takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Thomas connects with a body shot.
Thomas connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
No luck for Onki with that takedown attempt.
Gage Thomas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kanki Onki.
Onki is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Onki has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Thomas.
Onki tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Onki shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Thomas counters with a straight right hand.
Onki looks gassed!

Thomas drops Onki with a beautiful combination! Onki stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Thomas is looking for the KO!
Onki is rocked!
It looks like Kanki Onki has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Thomas throws an uppercut from hell that sends Onki clean off his feet! He's out cold! Thomas stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
