Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Richard Teixeira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oil Slick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Teixeira might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lil Terror. Slick has chosen Careful With That Axe Eugene as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

26 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oil Slick!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Kavanagh and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teixeira swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Teixeira stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Slick.
Oil Slick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Slick keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Teixeira gets caught flat footed, as Slick shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Slick not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Slick stands and throws Teixeira's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Teixeira dodges the ground and pound from Slick.
Slick tries to move to mount but Teixeira blocks the move with his legs.
Slick tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Teixeira tries to bench press Slick off him but Slick keeps the position.
Slick wants to lay and pray for a moment but Teixeira keeps working.

Teixeira parries the strikes from Slick easily there. Slick is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Teixeira to escape.

Teixeira dodges the ground and pound from Slick.
Slick advances to mount.
Slick has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Teixeira's face.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Teixeira in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slick throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Teixeira might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Slick avoids the attempt from Teixeira to control.
Teixeira is in a horrible position here. Slick smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Teixeira is rocked!
Slick lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Oh Teixeira is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Slick cracks Teixeira with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
