Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bertus Eppinga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabricio Neguera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bertus Eppinga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fabricio Neguera! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neguera shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Eppinga as he avoids it easily. Neguera swats away the attempt to clinch by Eppinga. Neguera looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Eppinga! Eppinga can't escape the position.
Neguera trying to control but Eppinga is having none of it. Neguera moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Eppinga has worked his arm free - good work by Eppinga!
Neguera working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Neguera is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Eppinga has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Eppinga is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Neguera is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Eppinga is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Neguera working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Eppinga turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Neguera off and cradles Eppinga's limp body as Neguera celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Fabricio Neguera!
