Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andre Romano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and cory williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Romano.
williams looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
williams misses with a two punch combination.
Romano wants to clinch.
Romano tries to close the distance and clinch but williams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Romano moves into range and clinches up with williams.
williams is trying to break the clinch but Romano has him pressed against the cage.
Romano lands an elbow that stopped williams in his tracks for a moment.

williams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Romano is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but williams frees his head nicely. Oh but Romano has switched to an armbar! williams is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
