Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cuban Pope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juscelino Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cuban Pope! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Juscelino Junior! The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Matheus Silva and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pope drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Pope tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Pope just content to control the position. The ground and pound from Pope seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Junior is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Pope is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Junior is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Pope looking to ground and pound but Junior is blocking nicely. Pope sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Junior avoids a series of strikes thrown by Pope.

A lull in the action here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pope is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Junior knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Junior is working to avoid the ground and pound but Pope connects with a decent elbow. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Junior avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Pope. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Cuban Pope! A less than humble Cuban Pope misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
