Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick Deckard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Filipe Emiliano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Deckard comes to the cage accompanied by In Lust. Emiliano is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Era - Enae Volare Mezzo. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emiliano circles away from the clinch attempt
and Emiliano connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Rick Deckard has been cut.
Deckard lands a jab to the head.
Emiliano fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Deckard avoids it really well and circles away.

Emiliano tries to keep at a distance but Deckard has taken the fight into the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Deckard drops down looking for an ankle pick but Emiliano pulls his leg out and moves away.

Emiliano rushes Deckard and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Deckard throws a head punch that misses.
Deckard gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Emiliano.

Emiliano breaks the clinch.
Emiliano looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rick Deckard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Filipe Emiliano.
Deckard throws a right hand that Emiliano ducks under and follows up with a left that Emiliano also avoids with ease.

Deckard closes the distance and pushes Emiliano back into the cage.

Emiliano jumps guard and drags Deckard to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Emiliano looking for a guillotine here but Deckard defends easily.

Deckard got a little sloppy there for a moment and Emiliano has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Deckard has managed to get both his arms back between Emiliano's legs - danger averted.

Deckard pushes down on Emiliano's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Deckard is looking for a kimura but Emiliano is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Deckard to get the leverage.
Deckard is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Emiliano!
Deckard has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Emiliano's face.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Emiliano is wriggling around trying to escape.
Emiliano's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Deckard working for a guillotine from mount but Emiliano is in no mood to give up.

Deckard is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Deckard pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

and Emiliano counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Deckard misses with a looping right.
Deckard tries a head kick but it misses.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Deckard.
Deckard seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Emiliano shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Deckard is backing up but Emiliano catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Deckard covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Emiliano Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Filipe Emiliano!
