Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Varian Wyrnn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Numero Uno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uno has chosen lol as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Varian Wyrnn had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uno uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wyrnn.
Wyrnn checks a leg kick nicely.

Uno has taken the fight to the clinch.
Wyrnn is trying to push Uno away but Uno has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Wyrnn scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Wyrnn has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Uno misses with a short punch on the inside.

Uno escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Uno looks to land a right hand but Wyrnn moved out of range.
Wyrnn moves away from the strike by Uno.
Uno missing with a left hand there. Wyrnn was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Uno bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Uno throws a sloppy body shot
and Wyrnn counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Numero Uno has been cut.
Uno misses with a looping right.
Wyrnn blocks the body kick.
Uno motions for Wyrnn to come forward. Uno throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A low kick from Uno is predictable there
and Wyrnn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Uno tries a low kick but Wyrnn avoids it.
Uno throws a sloppy head kick and Wyrnn moves out of range easily.
Wyrnn punishes Uno's body with a nice straight punch.
Uno is looking to score with low kicks.
Uno throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Uno throws out a loose jab but Wyrnn uses good head movement to avoid it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Uno. Wyrnn does a little dance to reset his feet.
Uno throws a lazy head kick
and Wyrnn counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Uno misses with a right hand
and Wyrnn connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Uno misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Wyrnn counters with a straight right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wyrnn keeps the fight on the outside.

Wyrnn thuds a left hand into Uno's body.
Numero Uno seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wyrnn lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Uno backs up against the cage.
Uno throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Wyrnn counters with a nice uppercut.
Uno looks gassed!
Wyrnn ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Uno takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

That has opened up Numero Uno's cut even more.

and Wyrnn counters with a nice uppercut.
Wyrnn ducks under a wild hook from Uno.
Uno moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Wyrnn slips a jab from Uno.
Uno throws a chopping leg kick but Wyrnn manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Uno gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Wyrnn.
Uno scores with a hook.

enabling Wyrnn to counter with a crisp jab.

The cut above Numero Uno's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Uno jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Wyrnn throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Wyrnn lands a left and a right that send Uno crashing to the mat, dazed. Wyrnn thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Uno is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Uno is still on wobbly legs! Can Wyrnn finish him?
Wyrnn is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Wyrnn plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Uno swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Uno face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
