Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slade Ramage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramage has chosen Nine Inch Nails The Great Destoryer as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeff Hardy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Slade Ramage! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hardy changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ramage looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Ramage is trying to improve his position. Hardy throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Ramage works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Ramage tries to get to full guard but Hardy has control of the leg. Ramage trying to control here.
Hardy seems to be looking for submissions.
Ramage actively working from the bottom here. Hardy is pressing down on Ramage's thigh, looking to free his foot. Ramage is holding on for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hardy wants to control but Ramage is keeping him busy.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Ramage tries to clinch but Hardy is having none of it. Ramage closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Hardy is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Hardy fails to pull guard.
Hardy tries to pull guard but Ramage holds him up against the cage and eventually Hardy drops back down to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hardy looking to stall.
Hardy tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeff Hardy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ramage wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hardy has him pressed against the cage. Hardy drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Ramage gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Ramage breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ramage misses with a takedown and Hardy counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Hardy with a poor takedown and Ramage counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hardy's guard now. Ramage pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hardy is keeping the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramage forces his way into half guard. Hardy misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Hardy is trying to stand.
Hardy kicks Ramage off and gets back to his feet. Hardy lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Ramage looks gassed! Hardy gets a takedown into half guard. Ramage trying to hold on to Hardy's head to control him but Hardy postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Ramage wants to improve his position but Hardy is controlling well.
Hardy drops an elbow to the side of Ramage's head. Hardy takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Hardy passes to side control. Ramage is being controlled here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ramage manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hardy's best efforts. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeff Hardy dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Ramage is looking to clinch. Hardy wants to clinch and Ramage counters with a flying knee. Nice. Hardy lands a jab to the head.
Nice takedown defense from Hardy. No joy for Ramage on that attempt. Hardy lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Ramage decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Ramage trying to control the action but Hardy is working from the bottom. Hardy is looking for a sweep. Ramage is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Hardy manages to get to full guard.
Hardy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ramage wants to control from the top but Hardy keeps moving. Hardy has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Ramage has passed into side control.
A bit of a lull in the action here. Ramage wants to control for a moment but Hardy uses the opportunity to move back to half guard. Hardy seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Ramage is not content to let Hardy control the position. Hardy scoring with strikes to the body and head. Hardy slips a nice elbow through Ramage's hands, connecting with Ramage's forehead. Hardy trying to control the action but Ramage is working from the bottom. Hardy is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ramage defends it well. Ramage taking some punishment here, with Hardy in his half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hardy is taking a breather. Ramage says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Ramage has hold of Hardy's hands but Hardy slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Hardy thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Ramage to regain full guard. Ramage is breathing heavily. Hardy is stalling in the full guard. Hardy working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Ramage's head. Hardy wants to control from the top but Ramage keeps moving. Hardy slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hardy throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ramage works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Hardy wants to pass the guard but Ramage is keeping the position. Hardy passes into half guard. Hardy content to control rather than advance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeff Hardy dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
A low kick from Hardy is predictable there and Ramage counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Ramage. Hardy looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hardy controlling Ramage's posture. Ramage trying to control the position from guard on top but Hardy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hardy scores with a couple of body punches from the bottom.
Hardy tries to land a sweep but no joy. Hardy trying to strike off his back.
Hardy lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Ramage! Hardy is landing with some decent strikes but Ramage is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Ramage takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hardy with the ground and pound from mount. Ramage is in a horrible position here. Hardy smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Hardy lands with some strikes. Ramage takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Hardy scoring with strikes but Ramage is staying in there. Hardy is landing with some decent strikes but Ramage is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Hardy scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Hardy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hardy unloading with bombs!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramage wants to control but Hardy is having none of it. Jeff Hardy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Hardy lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hardy can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ramage is looking to escape. Hardy unloads with some shots from mount but Ramage bucks and avoids them well.
Ramage wants to control but Hardy is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramage bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Hardy manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Ramage tries to get back to half guard but can't. Hardy unloading with bombs! Ramage in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Hardy prevents Ramage from getting the reversal. Ramage is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hardy cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Hardy looking to finish Ramage with some ground and pound. This is bad for Ramage! Hardy looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Hardy pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Ramage is looking to improve his position but Hardy isn't that keen on the idea. Hardy breaks from Ramage's wrist control and lands an elbow. Hardy has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Ramage's face.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hardy lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hardy cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Slade Ramage has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ramage is mounted and he's throwing punches. Is that wise?
And that's the end of the fight! Jeff Hardy showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hardy, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
