Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brenden Tully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scaredy McScared (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tully kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Open Your Eyes. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brenden Tully ! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scaredy McScared! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tully tries for a takedown but McScared sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. McScared throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
McScared will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McScared misses with a series of wild punches.
Tully gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. McScared jabs Tully right on the nose. Tully blinks but takes it well. Tully has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Tully there as he acknowledges the shot. A punch combination from McScared misses. McScared lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
McScared connects with a body shot. McScared takes a swing at Tully 's ribcage but misses. McScared throws a good cross that connects.
McScared dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Tully . That did some damage!
That's one minute gone in the round. McScared chopping away at his opponent's legs.
The fight moves into the clinch position. McScared landing some nice looking knees to the body.
McScared throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Tully blocks it with crossed arms. Tully wants a takedown.

McScared stopping the sweep attempt from Tully . Tully is looking for a triangle here but McScared uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Tully tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but McScared presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! McScared is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Tully shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has McScared pinned against the cage. McScared gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brenden Tully . That's going to take a lot out of him.

McScared moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. This has been an exciting period of action! Tully tries to move into range but McScared moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. McScared moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. McScared lands with a nice combination. Tully backs away looking to recover. Tully throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McScared's waist but McScared gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tully off to one side.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tully shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McScared as he avoids it easily. McScared tries to clinch there but Tully circles away.
Tully has a takedown stuffed. McScared bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Tully throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McScared's waist but McScared gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tully off to one side. Tully misses with a takedown attempt - McScared sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. McScared scores with a three punch combo!
McScared scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tully wants to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McScared perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. McScared tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Tully looking for submissions from an awkward position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Scaredy McScared dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
McScared lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Tully with a lazy takedown attempt and McScared counters with a nice uppercut. Tully changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. McScared looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. McScared tries to get back to half guard but can't. Tully tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Tully is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. McScared knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Tully thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Tully goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, McScared rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Tully 's guard! Nice work there by McScared!
That's one minute gone in the round. Tully has an active guard here but McScared has managed to pass into half guard.
Tully tries to roll over but McScared keeps him under control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McScared trying to control from half guard but Tully is working away. Tully wants to get back to full guard but McScared has mounted him! Tully is wriggling around trying to escape.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. McScared content just to control the position here. McScared prevents Tully from getting the reversal. McScared is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Tully can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
McScared get's back to his feet. Tully takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Tully closes the distance but McScared moves to the side and McScared makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. McScared throws a right and a left that both miss. McScared closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McScared lands in his opponent's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tully working for a triangle but McScared defends it easily.

Tully is pressing down on McScared's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. McScared is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Tully has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. McScared is looking to defend but Tully has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for McScared! Tully pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, McScared taps out and this one is all over!
