Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yury Vesnev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Projektina Vitutus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Projektina Vitutus will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yury Vesnev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Projektina Vitutus!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vitutus attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Vesnev throws a body punch but Vitutus moves out of range.
Vesnev looks to throw the jab but Vitutus is out of range.
Vitutus misses with a head kick.

and Vesnev counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Vitutus thinking.
Vesnev lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Projektina Vitutus has been cut.
Vitutus throws a wild body kick that Vesnev sees coming a mile off.
Vesnev turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Vesnev shoots in and bounces Vitutus off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Vesnev is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Vitutus defends it well.

Vitutus does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Vesnev fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Vitutus.

Vesnev shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Vitutus but Vitutus pushes him off and we're back to square one.

I would just about give that final round to Projektina Vitutus.
