Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stephan Evurts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Kukushkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evurts comes to the cage accompanied by Welcome to the Jungle. Kukushkin has chosen Kukushka as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stephan Evurts! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alex Kukushkin! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kukushkin connects with a body shot that sends Evurts's belly button to the back. Evurts fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kukushkin manages to avoid it. Evurts has closed the distance and engaged Kukushkin in a clinch.
Kukushkin is trying to force a seperation but Evurts has the dominant position. Kukushkin is trying to force a seperation but Evurts has the dominant position. Kukushkin pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kukushkin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Evurts counters with a nice uppercut. Kukushkin fails to land with a series of punches.
Kukushkin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Evurts.
Kukushkin sizes up Evurts with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Evurts with a body punch. A glancing blow. A combination from Kukushkin does no damage. Kukushkin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Evurts circles away quickly and effectively. Kukushkin moves forwards but Evurts connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Alex Kukushkin has been cut. Kukushkin throws a poor cross that misses
and Evurts counters with a right hand that sends Kukushkin tumbling to the canvas! Can Evurts finish him? He dives into Kukushkin's guard looking to do just that! Kukushkin keeping moving, preventing Evurts from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kukushkin is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Evurts trying to control but Kukushkin is working from the bottom. Evurts throws a big elbow that misses. Evurts wants to pass the guard but Kukushkin is keeping the position. Evurts prevents Kukushkin from getting back to his feet. Kukushkin keeping moving, preventing Evurts from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Evurts won't allow Kukushkin to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Stephan Evurts. Evurts lands a nice shot to the body.
Evurts showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kukushkin.
Evurts ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Kukushkin scores with a nice right hand.
Kukushkin chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Evurts can pounce on him.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A swing and a miss from Kukushkin. Kukushkin lands a nice shot that snaps Evurts's head back.
Evurts lands with a right and another and another! Kukushkin is in big trouble! Evurts lands again and this time it's lights out for Kukushkin! A quality knockout there for Evurts.
