Kongo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Slim Thug - Click Clack kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kongo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Knabokav. Knabokav obviously looking to wear him down.
Knabokav lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Knabokav.
Knabokav lands a head shot.
Knabokav lands a nice looking body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Knabokav feints and then cracks Kongo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kongo down.
Knabokav connects with a body shot.
Knabokav thumps Kongo with a low kick.
Kongo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Knabokav avoids it really well and circles away.
Kongo has taken the fight to the clinch.
Knabokav can't break the clinch.
Knabokav works on Kongo's body with a couple of short punches.
Knabokav keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Kongo's efforts to push away.
Knabokav lands a hook to the side of the head.
A frustrated look appears on Knabokav's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Knabokav scores with a shoulder strike.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kongo is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the ropes enables Knabokav to keep the fight standing.
Kongo wants to break free but Knabokav has control.
Kongo tries a body shot but Knabokav blocks it.
Knabokav lands a hook that snaps the head of Kongo backwards.
Kongo is rocked!
Kongo looks gassed!
Kongo prevents Knabokav from breaking the clinch.
Kongo is still on wobbly legs! Can Knabokav finish him?
Kongo wants to get back to striking at distance but Knabokav won't allow it.
Knabokav breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Knabokav cracks Kongo's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Kongo slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Knabokav can do further damage! This one is done, son!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Stanslov Knabokav!
