The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willis is looking to clinch but Onizuka is avoiding it.
Willis closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Willis lands in his opponent's guard.
Willis wants to control from the top but Onizuka keeps moving.
Willis sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Onizuka's guard.

Onizuka shoots in looking for a takedown. Willis tries to sprawl out of it but Onizuka keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Willis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
