Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Blaze Seagrave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Nyrkki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seagrave comes to the cage accompanied by Waitin on Hank - Dry County. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nyrkki throws a leg kick but Seagrave sees it coming and moves out of range.

Seagrave wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Seagrave is looking for a sweep. Nyrkki is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Nyrkki takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Nyrkki lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Seagrave down.

Seagrave tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Nyrkki wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Nyrkki stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Seagrave swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Seagrave escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nyrkki gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
