The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Plesniak moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Plesniak is looking to clinch but Martin is avoiding it.
An inside leg kick lands from Martin.
Martin attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Nice shot lands for Martin.
Martin throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Plesniak counters with a straight right hand.
Martin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Martin wants it to stay on the feet.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Plesniak cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Martin wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Plesniak.

Plesniak swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Martin is now in Plesniak's guard. A big mistake from Plesniak there, giving up the dominant position!

Plesniak pulls Martin in close to his closed guard and prevents Martin from doing any damage or advancing position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Plesniak looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Martin has picked Plesniak up and slammed him! Plesniak can't keep hold of the triangle and Martin manages to pass to side control!

Robert Plesniak has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Plesniak changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Martin tries to avoid it but Plesniak manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Martin to the ground. Martin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Plesniak misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Plesniak shoots in for a takedown but Martin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Martin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

That was a close second round but I would say that Robert Plesniak will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Plesniak tries to bum rush Martin with a series of wild strikes but Martin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Oh Plesniak is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Martin cracks Plesniak with a left hook right on the temple and Plesniak goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Martin lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Plesniak is OK!
