Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Knockout King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The key to victory for Knockout King has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jason Rogers! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King fails to land the takedown. King is breathing heavily. King throws a right hand that Rogers ducks under and follows up with a left that Rogers also avoids with ease. A punch combination from Rogers misses. Rogers drives through and clinches with King against the cage.

Rogers makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rogers creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Rogers perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. King blocking the ground and pound attempt from Rogers. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rogers decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Jab from Rogers. Rogers clinches up against the cage. Rogers ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Rogers no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Rogers has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rogers pushes King off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Rogers will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

King looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. King takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rogers has closed the distance and engaged King in a clinch.

King defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rogers. King throws a sloppy head kick and Rogers moves out of range easily. King shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. King gets tackled into the cage by Rogers. Rogers maintains the clinch. King really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rogers breaks from the clinch.

King is pressed up against the cage. Rogers has hold of a leg and is looking to drag King down to the mat. King avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. King takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Rogers clinches up against the cage. Rogers has King pressed against the cage.
Jason Rogers seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Rogers looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Rogers lands a body shot. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rogers turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Rogers manages to end up in side control. Rogers works to advance to full mount. King defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Rogers takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Rogers is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but King is surviving well by controlling Rogers's body position as best he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rogers controlling the pace for now. Let's hope that Rogers has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Jason Rogers has got the better of the ground game so far. Rogers thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Rogers controlling from the full mount.

Rogers closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into King's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rogers stands up and waves to King to follow him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Rogers throws a right and a left that King avoids nicely. Rogers shoots in for a double leg but King sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. King is looking to clinch but Rogers is avoiding it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. King is looking to improve his position but Rogers isn't that keen on the idea. Rogers controlling from mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. King swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
And that's the end of the fight! Jason Rogers comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Rogers has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
