The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dillon throws a right hand that misses

and Carwin counters by moving into the clinch.
Carwin wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dillon has him pressed against the cage.
Carwin fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Carwin lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Carwin has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Dillon blocking some punches.

Carwin misses with a hook from the clinch.

Dillon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Carwin walks into a jab.
Dillon connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Carwin momentarily.

It looks like Shane Carwin has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Carwin avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Dillon sends Carwin crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Dillon is motioning to the referee to let Carwin up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Carwin is rocked!
Dillon throws a lazy right hand but Carwin sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Oh Carwin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dillon misses with an uppercut. Carwin saw that one coming.
Dillon catches Carwin with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Carwin forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
