Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between JaBari Corum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dhal Sim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, JaBari Corum! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dhal Sim! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Corum shoots for a takedown but Sim saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Sim throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Corum shoots in and drives through. Sim sprawls well. Dhal Sim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Corum wants to clinch up but Sim keeps it at a distance. The fight moves into the clinch position. Sim has Corum pressed against the cage, preventing Corum from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Sim breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sim blocks the body kick.
Sim connects with a leg kick. Corum looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Sim shoots for a double leg takedown but Corum sprawls well. He's pushed Sim's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Corum tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sim swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sim lands a high kick!
Corum shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Corum showed some decent athleticism there. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Sim is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Corum jumps into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Corum stands up. Corum drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Corum has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Sim! Sim is trying to escape the mount.
Corum putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sim can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Corum looking to control and managing it successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Corum working Sim over with strikes here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Corum pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Corum has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Corum controlling the position easily from mount. Corum lands a big shot there that rocks Sim but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Sim is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Corum sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Corum with a couple of short strikes. Sim is still in real trouble! Can Corum finish him? Corum controlling the pace for now. Sim seems to have recovered his senses. Corum is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Corum extends the arm and Sim is forced to tap!
