Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Hobbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Longoria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Longoria closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Longoria tightens his grip and picks Hobbs up, before dumping him to the ground. Hobbs manages to land in guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Longoria accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Longoria controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Hobbs looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Longoria has picked Hobbs up and slammed him! Hobbs can't keep hold of the triangle and Longoria manages to pass to side control!
