Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jan Bogilewicz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Samson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bogilewicz's entrance music is Hans Solo - Dopóki jestem. A fine choice. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jan Bogilewicz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Brian Samson! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bogilewicz takes a swing at Samson's ribcage but misses. Bogilewicz throws a looping overhand right but Samson ducks down to avoid it. Bogilewicz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Samson manages to avoid it. Samson tries to land a front kick but Bogilewicz steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Bogilewicz connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Bogilewicz moves out of range of the leg kick from Samson. Bogilewicz lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Samson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bogilewicz. Samson is looking to clinch but Bogilewicz is avoiding it.
Bogilewicz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Samson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Bogilewicz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Samson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Bogilewicz working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Bogilewicz is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Samson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Bogilewicz tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Bogilewicz swings around for an armbar but Samson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Bogilewicz's guard. Bogilewicz had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Samson defends it easily. Bogilewicz looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Samson passes into half guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bogilewicz is on top in guard.

Bogilewicz wants to finish this one by submission but Samson is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Bogilewicz. Samson tries to lock up and control but Bogilewicz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

This isn't 1993 though, so Samson shrugs it off. Bogilewicz looking to control but Samson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Bogilewicz prevents Samson from getting the reversal. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bogilewicz trying to control but he's not successful this time. Samson tries to lock up and control but Bogilewicz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Samson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Brian Samson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Samson tries to move into range but Bogilewicz moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Samson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bogilewicz shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Samson napping and manages to drive through into side control! Samson wants to control but Bogilewicz postures up. Bogilewicz tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Bogilewicz goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Samson has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Bogilewicz but great work by Samson. Bogilewicz is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Samson off and has taken his back! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bogilewicz is trying to control but Samson is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.

That's one minute gone in the round. Samson pushes down on Bogilewicz's leg and manages to get into half guard. Bogilewicz moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Bogilewicz manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Samson manages to get himself to full guard.
Bogilewicz is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Samson keeping moving, preventing Bogilewicz from controlling successfully. Bogilewicz is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
