Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rampage Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conor Moriarty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moriarty is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Danger: Wildman. Rampage Silva has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a head kick that misses.

Silva fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Moriarty sprawls well initially but Silva persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Silva frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Silva looking to control but Moriarty is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Silva lands a big elbow.
Moriarty trying desperately to get to his feet.
Moriarty bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Moriarty stands up and waves to Silva to follow him.
Silva closes the distance and clinches up with Moriarty, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes Moriarty against the cage but Moriarty circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Silva tries to clinch but Moriarty is having none of it.

Silva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Moriarty wants to control but Silva is keeping busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silva looks to land a strike but Moriarty avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Moriarty pushes Silva off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Crunch! Silva slams his shin into Moriarty's torso.
Moriarty throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Moriarty shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Silva but Silva pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Silva clinches up with Moriarty and pushes him back against the cage.
Silva is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Moriarty gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rampage Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Moriarty fails to pull guard.
The is referee keeping an eye on Silva - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Silva jumps into guard, dragging Moriarty to the mat.

Silva is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rampage Silva dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Silva clinches.
Silva lands an elbow just above Moriarty 's eye.

Moriarty breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Moriarty circles away from the clinch attempt.
Silva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Moriarty's waist but Moriarty gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Silva crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Moriarty - the referee stops the clock and Silva gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Moriarty. Silva manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Moriarty gets a clinch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Moriarty breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Silva tries to clinch but Moriarty moves out of range.
Moriarty shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Silva but Silva pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Moriarty is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Still in half guard, Silva seems content to control.
Moriarty is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Silva wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Silva decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Silva is pressing down on Moriarty's thigh, looking to free his foot. Moriarty is holding on for now.
Moriarty wants to control but Silva passes into side.
Moriarty is trying to escape the position but Silva is controlling the position.

Silva swings around for an armbar but Moriarty sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Silva's guard.

Silva is looking for a triangle but Moriarty pushes his legs off easily.

Silva manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Moriarty manages to get himself to full guard.

Silva stands up from Moriarty's guard - Silva perhaps looking for a knockout.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rampage Silva dominated that second round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Silva will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Conor Moriarty seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Moriarty shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Silva takes a swing at Moriarty's ribcage but misses.
