Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kasper Kessler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cory Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kessler's entrance music is Black Eyed Peas - I Got A Feeling. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Kessler.
Smith throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Smith goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Smith. Kessler does a little dance to reset his feet.

Kessler ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Smith moves away.
Kessler does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Smith bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kessler's head backwards.

That was a close round but I would say that Kasper Kessler will probably get the nod.

Kessler is stalling here. Smith is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Kessler seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Smith has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Kessler takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Smith throws a series of punches but Kessler avoids them all with ease.

Smith dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kessler. That did some damage!

Kessler fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Smith manages to avoid it.

Smith has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kessler.
Kessler shoots in and drives through. Smith sprawls well.
Smith gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Smith on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Kessler shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Smith manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Kasper Kessler is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kasper Kessler.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kessler, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
