Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Lontrame (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Mustang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lontrame's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Knife Party by Deftones. Vincent Lontrame has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lontrame fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mustang looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Lontrame throws a right and a left that both miss.
Lontrame misses with a looping right.
Lontrame swings for the body but Mustang moves out of range.
Lontrame swinging wildly here.
Lontrame throws a leg kick but Mustang checks it.
Lontrame tries to bum rush Mustang with a series of wild strikes but Mustang uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Mustang shoots in but no luck this time.
Vincent Lontrame seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mustang throws a big shot that misses.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Lontrame. Mustang shrugs it off though.
Lontrame stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lontrame wants it to stay on the feet.
Vincent Lontrame has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roy Mustang.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Lontrame enables Mustang to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lontrame manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Mustang wants to control from the top but Lontrame keeps moving.
Lontrame pulls Mustang in close to his closed guard and prevents Mustang from doing any damage or advancing position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mustang accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Mustang loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Mustang pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lontrame is keeping the position for now.

Mustang trying to control the position from guard on top but Lontrame is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Mustang tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lontrame sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mustang somewhat.
Mustang looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lontrame is fending him off so far but Mustang persists. Nope, Lontrame circles away and we're back to standing.
Mustang avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lontrame fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mustang.
Lontrame throws a predictable looking body shot
and Mustang counters with a nice double leg into side control. Lontrame won't be happy with that.

Mustang postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Mustang is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Lontrame knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Mustang is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lontrame is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lontrame has escaped and now he's on top!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lontrame lunges at Mustang with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mustang's hand.
Lontrame stalks Mustang and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mustang's face. Mustang staggers backwards, shaken.

Mustang keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Lontrame is looking to wear down Mustang with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Lontrame.
That kick from Lontrame tenderised Mustang's leg. Mustang is trying to keep his angry face on.
Mustang avoids the body shot from Lontrame.
Lontrame scores with a hook to the body. Mustang takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Mustang decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Mustang wants to control from the top but Lontrame keeps moving.
Mustang might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lontrame kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Mustang drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lontrame dives on top into guard.

Mustang throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lontrame was covering up waiting for the punch and Mustang finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
