Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Cheng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Martinez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martinez has chosen Juicy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Charles Cheng! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 5 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rafael Martinez! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cheng walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. A right-left combo lands from Martinez. Martinez keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
A telegraphed right hand from Martinez misses the target. Nice jab there from Martinez. Martinez swings for the body but Cheng moves out of range.
Martinez misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nice body kick there by Cheng. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Martinez misses with a straight left. A looping hook to the body misses from Martinez. Cheng does a little dance to reset his feet. Martinez tries to bum rush Cheng with a series of wild strikes but Cheng uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Cheng pivots, looking for a leg kick but Martinez is out of range and Cheng settles back down. Martinez has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Cheng. Martinez checks a leg kick nicely. Martinez blocks a head kick by Cheng.
Cheng tries a head kick but it misses.
Martinez blocks a jab. Cheng shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Martinez as he jumps to the side.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Cheng is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Martinez.
Martinez drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Martinez in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Cheng thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Cheng wants to sweep here but Martinez controlling him for the moment. Cheng is working hard here to advance position. Cheng is trying to control the position but Martinez postures up. Martinez stands up over Cheng, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Martinez missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Martinez tries to free his leg and advance position but Cheng is retaining full guard. Martinez looking to control the position here, rather than advance. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Martinez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cheng swivels though and keeps the full guard. Martinez is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Cheng wants to hit a switch here but Martinez passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Cheng there! Martinez working the ground and pound effectively.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Martinez connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Cheng tries to reverse the position but Martinez maintains control. Cheng tries to hold on but Martinez postures up. Martinez tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cheng is trying to escape the mount.
Martinez looking to secure an arm triangle but Cheng defends it well. Martinez working away from the top, dropping strikes.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Cheng is trying to escape the mount.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Martinez lands a big elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cheng working to try and regain half guard.
Martinez breaks from Cheng's wrist control and lands an elbow. Cheng in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Cheng tries to hold on but Martinez pushes him away. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Martinez lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Martinez looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Cheng keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rafael Martinez dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Martinez throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cheng stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Martinez throws out a loose jab but Cheng uses good head movement to avoid it. Cheng is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Cheng throws a leg kick
so Martinez counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Martinez preventing the sweep. Martinez trying to control but Cheng is working from the bottom.
Martinez thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Rafael Martinez has got the better of the ground game so far. Cheng looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Martinez throwing strikes but missing. Martinez works a leg free and moves into half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Cheng tries to roll over but Martinez keeps him under control. Cheng avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Martinez.
Martinez is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Martinez seems to be looking for submissions.
Cheng has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Martinez is working away from the top position though.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Martinez wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cheng keeps working. Martinez lands strikes from half guard. Martinez performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Cheng trying to control here.
Cheng wants to improve his position but Martinez is controlling well.
Martinez wants to get back to his feet.
Martinez is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Cheng slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Cheng bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Martinez's guard. Cheng throwing strikes from guard but Martinez blocks nicely. Cheng has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Martinez working a defensive guard here.
Martinez is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Cheng defends well. Cheng preventing the sweep.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Martinez is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Martinez is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Cheng is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Martinez is looking for a triangle here but Cheng uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Cheng cracks Martinez with a big right hand but Martinez just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cheng postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Martinez is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Cheng is controlling him well.
Cheng decides to stand back up. Martinez shoots in and drives through. Cheng sprawls well. Cheng throws a head kick that misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rafael Martinez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Martinez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cheng tries to avoid it but Martinez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cheng to the ground. Cheng escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Martinez bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Martinez fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cheng manages to avoid it. Martinez shoots in for a takedown but Cheng shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. A telegraphed right hand from Cheng misses the target.
Cheng shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Martinez is trying to defend but Cheng finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Cheng is thwarting Martinez's attempts to control the position. Martinez is trying to get back to full guard. Cheng seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Martinez does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Martinez manages to escape and get back to his feet! Cheng fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Martinez.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Martinez takes a swing at Cheng's ribcage but misses. Cheng throws a leg kick which misses Martinez's front leg but catches the back leg as Martinez tries to avoid it. Cheng pivots, looking for a leg kick but Martinez is out of range and Cheng settles back down. Cheng walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Martinez checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. A jab from Cheng misses.
Martinez closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Martinez lands in his opponent's guard. Martinez missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Martinez stopping the sweep attempt from Cheng. Martinez pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cheng is keeping the position for now.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Cheng throwing rabbit punches from the bottom - showing the judges that he's keeping busy. Cheng is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Martinez sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Cheng's guard. Martinez thows a huge punch but Cheng dodges it nicely.
Martinez missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Cheng is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Martinez's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Martinez's back! This has been an exciting period of action! You can see the frustration on Martinez's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Martinez is really stuck here.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Cheng throwing sloppy strikes. Martinez is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Cheng not allowing Martinez to control his hands. Martinez is keeping busy.
Martinez has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Martinez rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Martinez is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Cheng pulls his head out easily. Cheng is looking to advance position but Martinez won't allow it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cheng landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Martinez tries to get to full guard but Cheng has control of the leg. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close third round but Rafael Martinez just about did enough to take it. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Cheng's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Martinez connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Cheng scrambles back to his feet. Martinez scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Cheng doesn't seem bothered though. Martinez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. No luck with that takedown attempt from Martinez. Martinez lands a jab. Cheng circles away from the clinch attempt.
Rafael Martinez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cheng with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Martinez to score with a decent uppercut. Cheng throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Martinez lands a jab.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Cheng connects with a solid leg kick. Martinez wants to clinch. Martinez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cheng paws at him with a jab and circles away. Martinez tries to bum rush Cheng with a series of wild strikes but Cheng uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Cheng tries to land a front kick but Martinez steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Decent striking displayed by Martinez there.
Cheng scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Martinez sneaks back into half guard. Cheng thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Martinez works his way to full guard. Good work.

Martinez working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cheng doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Martinez is tightening it up a little... Cheng has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Cheng reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Cheng taps out! Nice BJJ there by Martinez!
