Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mirzai Navozov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mirzai Navozov looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 23 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mirzai Navozov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Chan! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Viktor Lagutenko and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Navozov smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Chan gets in close and instigates a clinch. Chan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Chan takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Navozov scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Navozov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Chan manages to avoid it. Chan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Navozov's waist but Navozov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chan off to one side. Chan shoots in looking for a takedown but Navozov manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Chan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Chan avoids the head kick by Navozov.

Chan throws a right and a left that Navozov avoids nicely. Chan fails with a takedown attempt. Mirzai Navozov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Chan. Chan drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Chan connects with a high kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A head kick from Navozov lands but Chan takes it in his stride.

Chan is still on wobbly legs! Can Navozov finish him? Navozov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Chan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Navozov.
Chan blocks the body kick.
Chan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Navozov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. A head kick misses from Navozov. Chan seems to have recovered his senses. Chan feints a jab promting Navozov to slip. Chan then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Navozov slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Mirzai Navozov has been cut. Chan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Navozov defends it nicely. Navozov throws out a loose jab but Chan uses good head movement to avoid it. Chan takes the fight into the clinch. Chan manages to pull guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Chan is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Navozov is aware though and is defending well. Navozov trying to control the position from guard on top but Chan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Chan is adopting a defensive guard. Chan looking for a guillotine here but Navozov defends easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Navozov wants to get up but he can't break Chan's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Navozov looking to sit in guard and control but Chan gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Chan advances position into side control! Navozov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chan on the ground. Chan decides to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chan avoids the head kick by Navozov.

Chan shoots for a double leg takedown but Navozov sprawls well. He's pushed Chan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Navozov fails to land with a series of punches.
Chan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Navozov tries to avoid it but Chan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Navozov to the ground. Navozov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Navozov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Chan shoots in for a takedown but Navozov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Chan moves in looking to clinch but Navozov pushes him off. Chan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Navozov, pushing him back against the cage. Navozov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Navozov throws a leg kick that misses. Navozov lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Chan backs up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action! No luck with that takedown attempt from Chan. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jack Chan will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Mirzai Navozov's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Chan drives through and clinches with Navozov against the cage.

A big left from Navozov misses. Chan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Navozov as he jumps to the side. Navozov misses with a head kick.
Navozov ducks right into an uppercut from Chan. Chan throws a sloppy head kick and Navozov moves out of range easily. Chan tries to clinch up but Navozov circles away and keeps his distance. Navozov misses with a wild combination.

Mirzai Navozov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Navozov leaves Chan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A combination from Navozov does no damage. Chan gets in close and instigates a clinch. Navozov tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Chan avoids it. Chan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Chan tries a head kick but it misses.
A big right from Navozov misses. Navozov displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Navozov avoids the body shot from Chan.
Chan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Navozov swivels and escapes. Mirzai Navozov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Chan. Chan on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Navozov. Navozov obviously looking to wear him down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Navozov connects with a body shot. A nice inside leg kick there by Navozov. That's going to slow Chan down. Chan throws a head kick that misses. Chan moves out of range of the strikes. Chan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Chan tries for a takedown but Navozov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Chan gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Navozov throws a head kick that half lands.
Chan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Navozov.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A cross from Navozov lands. Mirzai Navozov is winning the standup battle so far. Chan swinging wildly here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Navozov lands an overhand right. Navozov throws a head kick that misses and Chan holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Navozov stalling in the clinch but Chan improves position. Navozov is pressed up against the cage. Chan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Navozov down to the mat. Navozov avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Chan takes one to the chin there. The fight moves into the clinch position. Chan pressing his opponent against the cage. Chan tries to pull guard but Navozov forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Navozov misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Chan.

Chan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Chan closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Navozov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Navozov slaps away a takedown attempt from Chan, before circling back to the center of the mat. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Navozov throws a sloppy head kick and Chan moves out of range easily. Chan misses with a double jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Mirzai Navozov will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Mirzai Navozov's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Chan takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Navozov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Chan shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Navozov pinned against the cage. Navozov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Navozov tries a head kick but it misses.
Chan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Navozov sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Navozov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Mirzai Navozov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Chan. Navozov's corner calls for a 1-2. Navozov obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. The fighters circling - Chan throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Chan moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Chan has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Chan there as he acknowledges the shot. Chan tries to close the distance and clinch but Navozov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Navozov throws a nice looking combination but Chan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Chan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Navozov paws at him with a jab and circles away. Navozov throws a lazy right hand but Chan sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Chan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Navozov sprawls well. Navozov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Chan gets slowly back to his feet. Chan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Navozov, pushing him back against the cage. Chan breaks the clinch.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Navozov, as that shot connected.
Navozov throws a nice inside leg kick. Navozov gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Chan gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Navozov sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A chopping leg kick lands by Navozov. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Navozov lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Chan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Mirzai Navozov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Navozov cracks Chan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Chan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Chan checks a leg kick. Navozov throws a leg kick but Chan checks it. Chan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Navozov was well out of range. Poor timing from Chan. Navozov throws a leg kick but Chan checks it. Chan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Navozov circles away. Navozov connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Boom, another hit is landed. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Navozov wants to control but Chan passes into side.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Chan moves into full mount!
And that's the end of the fight! Jack Chan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Chan has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
