Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shane Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frederick Kromer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kromer has chosen Cold As Ice as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frederick Kromer!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams swings away with a body shot that misses
and Kromer counters with a straight right hand.
Williams lands a leg kick that knocks Kromer off balance momentarily.
Williams lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kromer misses with a wild body shot.
A thudding body kick lands there by Kromer!
Kromer lands with a hook. Williams tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Williams tries to clinch but Kromer moves away
and Kromer counters with a nice uppercut.
Kromer scores with the left hand. Williams knows he should have avoided that one.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Williams looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Kromer blocks a head kick by Williams.
Shane Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kromer throws a right hand that Williams ducks under and follows up with a left that Williams also avoids with ease.
Kromer scores with a jab to the jaw.
Williams throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Williams takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kromer moves away.
Williams pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Williams throws a leg kick but Kromer checks it.
Good standup being displayed there by Kromer as he connects with a hook.
Williams walks forward, straight into a front kick from Kromer.
Williams misses with the body kick
and Kromer counters with an inside leg kick.
Williams is breathing heavily.
Kromer bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Williams lands a head shot.
A nice combination there by Kromer.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Williams on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Kromer scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Williams doesn't seem bothered though.
Kromer scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Shane Williams has been cut.
Williams has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Kromer.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Kromer.
A lazy left from Kromer finds it's target.

Kromer lands with a kick to the ribs.
Kromer is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Williams had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Williams takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Kromer paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Williams throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nice uppercut lands for Kromer. That snapped Williams's head back.
Williams has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Williams is rocked!
Williams takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Kromer lands a left and a right that send Williams crashing to the mat, dazed. Kromer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Williams is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kromer lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Williams at a distance.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Kromer throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Williams is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
