Hunt has chosen Smells Like Teen Spirit as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oppelaar scores with a one two! Hunt had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Mike Hunt has been cut.
Hunt throws a front kick that sends Oppelaar stumbling back into the ropes.
Oppelaar looks to land a body kick but Hunt moved away.
Oppelaar throws a looping overhand right but Hunt ducks down to avoid it.
A shot to the body from Hunt misses
and Oppelaar counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Oppelaar throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hunt.
Hunt misses with a body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Oppelaar attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Hunt slips a straight right by Oppelaar.
A slow jab from Hunt misses its intended target.
Oppelaar throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Oppelaar misses with a series of wild punches.
Nice combo by Oppelaar! Oh, that's hurt him - Hunt falls to the canvas and Oppelaar follows him into side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Oppelaar throws an elbow but Hunt slips to the side and avoids it well.
Hunt dodges the ground and pound from Oppelaar.
Oppelaar is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hunt knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Hunt gets back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hunt moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Oppelaar trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Hunt doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Hunt bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Oppelaar's guard.
Oppelaar is looking to sinch up a triangle. Hunt throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Oppelaar's body to avoid the submission. Oppelaar has instead reached around Hunt's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Oppelaar arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Dennis Oppelaar!
